How often do apartments become available?

Most years between three and five of our 20 distinctive apartments become available. We give first choice to current tenants interested in specific apartments.

Can I get on a waiting list?

Absolutely! Email us to add your name to the waiting list for a specific – or any – apartment in the building. Of course you can request to be removed from the Hotel Grafton Apartments waiting list at any time.

Do you allow pets? 

Male cats are not allowed. Dogs are permitted in some apartments: 101, 102, 103, 104, 108, 109. The weight limit is 16 pounds and the dog MUST be proven quiet in ALL situations. Spayed (female) cats are allowed in most apartments. Monthly pet rent is $50 for a dog and $35 for a cat. Pet security deposit is one half of one month’s rent.

Are you taking COVID-19 precautions?

Yes. We value tenant health and safety. Common areas such as the entry, hallways, stairways, and laundry room are cleaned frequently. We provide hand sanitizer at the secure entry door. We suggest wearing a mask while in common areas – even if symptom free. We’re being careful about in-person showings of occupied apartments. We’re happy to arrange virtual showings of available apartments. Each apartment is thoroughly cleaned and refreshed prior to occupancy.

What’s the rent?

Rent varies according to apartment size and features. Published rent rates are for a one-year lease and are subject to change without notice. Short-term leases may be available at a higher monthly rental rate. Contact us for details.
