How often do apartments become available?
Usually between three and five of our 20 beautiful apartments become available in any given year. Some tenants stay between three and eight years. Current tenants are offered first choice when apartments become available and often move to other apartments in the building.
Can I get on a waiting list?
Absolutely! Email us to add your name to the waiting list for a specific – or any – apartment in the building. Of course you can request to be removed from the Hotel Grafton Apartments waiting list at any time.
When will you have more apartment photos?
As apartments become available, we update our photos. We value tenant privacy. We don’t publish or share photos or videos of occupied apartments without a tenant’s express permission.
Are you taking COVID-19 precautions?
Yes. We value tenant health and safety. Common areas such as the entry, hallways, stairways, and laundry room are cleaned frequently. We provide hand sanitizing wipes at the secure entry door. We’ve asked tenants to reduce their touches and suggest wearing a mask while in common areas – even if symptom free. We’re being careful about in-person showings of occupied apartments. We can arrange a virtual showing of an available apartment. Each apartment is thoroughly cleaned and refreshed prior to occupancy.

Rent varies by apartment size and features. See chart below. Published rent for an apartment is subject to change without notice.
